These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AccureIQ and any associated applications, websites, or tools (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, which form a binding agreement between you and Accure Inc. These Terms also include important provisions regarding dispute resolution, including mandatory arbitration.

Age Requirement: You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction, to use AccureIQ. If you are under 18, you must have parental or legal guardian consent to use the Services.
Account Creation: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. If you are accessing the Services on behalf of a business or entity, you represent that you have the authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.
Permitted Use: You may use AccureIQ solely in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. You agree to adhere to our usage policies, technical guidelines, and any instructions we provide.
Prohibited Use: You may not use AccureIQ for any illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes. This includes, but is not limited to:
Engaging in criminal, unlawful, or terrorist-related activities.
Violating the rights of others, including intellectual property or privacy rights.
Modifying, reproducing, redistributing, or selling the Services or related content.
Attempting to reverse engineer, extract, or manipulate the Service’s source code, models, or algorithms.
Scraping, harvesting, or using automated means to collect data or outputs.
Misrepresenting AI-generated content as human-created.
Interfering with or circumventing security features or usage limits.
Any violation of this section may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account and potential legal action.
AccureIQ may include downloadable components (e.g., mobile apps), which are automatically updated to ensure security and functionality. Some components may include open-source elements governed by their respective licenses.
If you register using an email address associated with a business or organization, your account may be subject to control by that organization’s administrator.
AccureIQ may integrate with third-party tools or services, each governed by their own terms and policies. Accure is not responsible for any third-party content, actions, or outputs.
We welcome your feedback and suggestions. By submitting feedback, you grant Accure a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, modify, and incorporate your ideas without restriction or compensation.
Your Content: You may input data ("Input") into AccureIQ and receive responses or results ("Output"). Together, Input and Output constitute "Content." You are solely responsible for ensuring that your Content complies with applicable laws and these Terms.
Ownership: You retain ownership of your Input. Subject to applicable law, Accure assigns any rights it may have in your Output to you, except in cases involving shared or public data sources. Due to the probabilistic nature of AI, similar outputs may be provided to multiple users.
Use of Content: Accure may use your Content to maintain, improve, and secure AccureIQ, as well as to meet legal obligations and enforce our policies.
AccureIQ may generate inaccurate or incomplete information. You should not rely on any Output as a sole source of truth—especially in sensitive contexts such as legal, medical, financial, or employment-related matters. Always validate Output independently before making decisions.
Accure and its affiliates retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the AccureIQ platform, including all software, models, and branding. You may only use Accure's name and logo in accordance with our brand guidelines.
Billing: You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize Accure to charge your selected payment method for applicable fees. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled in advance.
Service Credits: Some features may be accessed using pre-paid credits, which are subject to separate Service Credit Terms.
Cancellations and Changes: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law. We may change prices with at least 30 days’ advance notice.
We may suspend or terminate your account if:
You violate these Terms or our policies.
Required by law.
Your use poses a risk to Accure, other users, or the public.
We may also close inactive free-tier accounts after 12 months of inactivity, with prior notice.
If AccureIQ is discontinued, we will provide reasonable advance notice and offer refunds for any prepaid, unused services.
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” Accure disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. You assume full responsibility for your use of the Services and any decisions made based on Output.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Accure and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid for the Service in the last 12 months or (b) $100.
If you are using the Services on behalf of a business or organization, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Accure and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of your use or violation of these Terms.
Informal Resolution: We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any disputes informally. If a resolution is not reached within 60 days, formal arbitration may be initiated.
Arbitration: Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Federal Arbitration Act. You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of creating your account or accepting updated Terms.
We may update these Terms periodically. If we make material changes, we will provide notice before they take effect. By continuing to use AccureIQ, you agree to the updated Terms.

When you use AccureIQ, we collect personal information during account registration, such as your name, email address, and organization details. This information is securely stored using industry-class Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems such as KeyCloak or Auth0, provided by Okta. Enterprise customers may opt to use alternative IAM solutions that meet their internal security and compliance standards.
Your conversations with AccureIQ are processed to provide relevant responses and improve platform performance. All data is handled in accordance with applicable privacy regulations, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Your data is used solely to enhance your experience and is not repurposed without your consent.
Document Security and Access
Uploaded documents are stored securely on encrypted disks using industry-standard encryption protocols. Only you, or users authorized by you or your organization, have access to these documents. We enforce strict access controls and audit mechanisms to prevent unauthorized access or misuse.
No Third-Party Sharing
We do not share, sell, or rent any personal data, user documents, or user-generated content with third parties. All information remains strictly within AccureIQ’s infrastructure and is never accessible to external entities without your explicit consent.
Data Storage and Deletion
By default, your conversations are securely stored so that you can revisit them at any time. You have full control over your data: you may delete individual conversations or all past interactions at your discretion by clicking the Delete icon next to the conversation.
If you prefer not to have your conversations stored or used for any purpose beyond real-time interaction, you can opt out of data collection through your privacy settings.
Security
We employ industry-leading security practices to protect your data. All personal information, documents, and conversations are encrypted in transit using SSL and at rest using robust encryption standards. Our infrastructure is designed to prevent unauthorized access, data breaches, or misuse.
